While water pads are a ton of fun, please proceed with caution and care when using your water pad.  All who use the pad should read the following safety guidelines before use:

SAFETY GUIDELINES

 

 

Never dive off of a water pad.  Always exit pad feet first.  Diving or exiting the water pad head first can lead to serious risk of severe bodily harm or death.

The water pad is not designed to be towed.  Under no circumstances should it be towed behind any boat, watercraft or vehicle of any sort.

Avoid unsafe maneuvers such as backflips, rolls, running on, walking on, or other actions that could cause a fall off the pad.

Place water pad in a location that is free from obstacles or impediments such as trees, branches, cement, rocks, docks, piers, boats etc.

Place water pad in a water depth that is safe for all using it.

Always wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved Type III (PFD)  when using your water pad.

Do not use your water pad before dawn or after sunset or in otherwise poorly lit conditions.

Always practice proper supervision when using your Water Pad.  Children should never be allowed to use the water pad unsupervised and it is a good practice to always make sure at least two people (one an adult) are present during its use.

Never use a water pad under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Never attempt to swim underneath a water pad.

Keep water pad secured when not in use to prevent unauthorized use.

When anchored to a boat make sure to stay clear of obstructions such as the back of the boat, the lower unit, the anchor rope etc.

Always keep a safe distance from floating objects such as boats, logs, docks, buoys, swim platforms, piers etc.

Maintain an environment around the pad that is free from debris, obstructions and dangers to assure the safety of all using it.

Never use the water pad in dangerous inclement weather such as occurrences of lightening, high winds, strong currents, hail etc.

Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing the use of the product, and to observe all appropriate safety precautions, and operating the  product safely and under safe conditions.

Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use of the product, whether by purchaser or anyone using the product with or without purchaser's permission.

Your purchase of the product shall constitute your release and indemnity in favor of the supplier and/or it’s parent company, its shareholders, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims or injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the product, including costs and fees incurred in connection therewith.
