CARE
Clean using a mixture of any light dish soap and warm water and a rag. Rinse with a hose. Harsh chemicals and strong brushes or power-washers can cause damage to the mat.
Avoid sharp objects such as tree branches, tools, rocks, claws, long nails etc. that may damage the surface of the mat.
WARRANTY
GNARLY® Watersports strives to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure a positive experience. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged product please email us immediately. Slight imperfections, nicks and small surface variations are normal for this type of foam product and are not covered.
You may return your item purchased from GNARLY® Watersports within 5 days from initial shipment for an exchange or credit. All products returned must be unused and in original boxes and packaging, have original UPC codes on the products, all manuals intact, and documentation provided in the package shipment. Return freight and original freight based on shipped records are the responsibility of the purchaser.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Your GNARLY® Watersports product comes with a limited one year factory warranty. Each item is inspected at the factory prior to shipping and meets or exceeds specifications provided. Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
Warranty does not cover:

Scuffs, rips or scrapes caused by misuse or coming into contact with sharp objects such as claws, nails, jewelry, belt buckles, rocks, tree branches etc.

Damage caused from improper tethering to a fixed object or jumping on from a dock, boat, pier or other elevated object.

Damage or loss from acts of God i.e. storms etc.

Damage from exposure and/or UV light

Damage from towing
Warranty applies to original owner only and documentation will be required. All presumed defective products must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and be returned for inspection before a replacement product is sent. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.
Return freight and original freight based on shipped records are the responsibility of the purchaser.
